group photo Founded in 1965, Marine Air Supply began its mission suppling electro-mechanical components primarily to the United States Government. During the last four decades, our company has grown into a full line stocking distributor. We continually expand our expertise, inventory and knowledge in switch, relay, and circuit breaker commodities for the aerospace, commercial and military markets. John F. Mullen - President & CEO
John has 34 years of experience in the electronics distribution industry with 31 years of service to Marine Air Supply. Hired in 1980 as an inside sales associate, John worked his way through the ranks holding positions which included, outside sales for the South-Atlantic region, Product Manager for Eaton Aerospace & Honeywell Micro Switch products, Division Sales and Marketing Manager, Vice President and General Manager. In 1997 John purchased Marine Air and now handles the responsibilities of President and CEO.

A native Washingtonian, John attended Montgomery College and the University of Maryland. John's passions in life revolve around his family and Marine Air. He also has close ties to the fire rescue service, currently an honorary member of the District of Columbia Fire Department, John's volunteer ties to the fire rescue service stem back 30 years. Football, baseball, music and visiting the beach are among John's favorite pastimes.

Laura J. Mullen – Vice President & CFO
Laura has worked in the electronic distribution industry for 31 years. Since 1980 Laura has been with Marine Air where her responsibilities have included Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Sales and Sales Management. In her current role as Vice President, Laura heads the Accounting & Customer Service departments and the Export Control Department. Prior to joining Marine Air, Laura attended the University of Maryland.

Laura has volunteered with many non-profit organizations. Two that are very close to her heart are the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the Leukemia, Lymphoma Society.

Ed Mumaw – Executive Vice President & GM
Ed joined Marine Air in 1988 in a sales support position. He was quickly promoted to a sales representative position just three months later. In 1994 Ed became the Eaton / MSC Product Manager, with responsibilities including overseeing, managing and selling the Eaton lighted switching products. Ed was promoted to Sales Manager in 1999 overseeing all day-to-day sales activity and continuing as Product Manager of the Eaton / MSC line. In early 2004, Ed was again promoted, this time to Executive Vice President & General Manager of the overall Marine Air Supply operation. Ed has four children and is very involved in their team sports and activities.
